We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and other information directly relevant to the conference. This information is used for organizing the event and for our mailing list. We collect this information only when users provide that information directly when signing up for our conference or mailing list, or when using our Contact form.

We do not collect or store payment or credit card information, though our third-party gateway for ticket sales may do so. Refer to their privacy policy for full details.

We collect publicly available information from Facebook and Twitter from users of those services who interact directly with our conference’s presence on those platforms, but only such that collection of the data is necessary for the day-to-day operations of our conference. We do not collect information from users of those services who do not interact with our organization. We do not receive or collect data from other third parties for any other use.
