Can I be a vendor at MañanaCon? Can I sell my games or game-related merch?
Yes, we’d love to have you! We are planning three options for vendors at this year’s convention:
- Night Market – We are planning to debut a small, one-evening-only market that is primarily focused on local independent creators and businesses with games or merch targeted at gamers. This will be featured in convention advertising and is designed to drive the maximum amount of foot traffic to booths in a short period of time. - Sponsorship – Companies or individuals who wish to sponsor the convention can sign up for packages that include a dedicated table for the whole convention. Fill out our sponsorship contact form here to connect with our team for more details on how to become a MañanaCon Sponsor.
- Normal attendee options –
- Flea Market & Auction – Attendees are able to put games in the Flea Market and Auction, which can be a good fit for small publishers looking for basic exposure. For more information on the Flea Market and Auction, visit the special events page.
- Game Designers – You can participate in any of the vendor options above. For additional details on playing your game at the convention check out the page on the Designer Mesa!
If I sponsor, is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. Please ask for a receipt from your contact with the convention and we will be happy to provide one.
If I want to sponsor, can I donate games/product instead of or in addition to cash?
Yes, we accept game donations and will use them in our library, raffle, giveaways, and auction. Every $3 MSRP of game donation is equivalent to $1 cash donation in our sponsorship tiers. In addition, we will put a sticker that says “Generously donated by [name]” on the game box.
