Can I be a vendor at MañanaCon? Can I sell my games or game-related merch?
Yes, we’d love to have you! We’re a players’ convention and have crafted our vendor opportunities to maximize foot traffic with that in mind. We are planning three options for vendors at this year’s convention:
- Night Market – On Friday, October 23rd from 6 -9 pm, we are debuting a small, one-evening-only market that is primarily focused on independent creators and businesses with games or merch targeted at gamers. This will be featured in convention advertising and is designed to drive the maximum amount of foot traffic to booths in a short period of time. - Sponsorship – Companies or individuals who wish to sponsor the convention can sign up for packages that include a dedicated table for the whole convention. Fill out our sponsorship contact form here to connect with our team for more details on how to become a MañanaCon Sponsor.
- Normal attendee options –
- Flea Market & Auction – Attendees are able to put games in the Flea Market and Auction, which can be a good fit for small publishers looking for basic exposure. For more information on the Flea Market and Auction, visit the special events page.

How much is a sponsorship and what do I get if I sponsor?
Sponsorships start at $50. Sponsor perks depend on level of sponsorship and include customized shout-outs, logo placement, dedicated tables, free tickets, and more. For more information, fill out our sponsorship form and a member of our team will reach out to you.
If I sponsor, is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. MañanaCon is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and all donations are tax deductible. Please ask for a receipt from your contact with the convention and we will be happy to provide one.
If I want to sponsor, can I donate games/product instead of or in addition to cash?
Yes, we accept game donations and will use them in our library, raffle, giveaways, and auction. Every $3 MSRP of game donation is equivalent to $1 cash donation in our sponsorship tiers. In addition, we will put a sticker that says “Generously donated by [name]” on the game box.
How many people come to the convention?
Last year we sold 180 tickets and we’re aiming for 250 tickets sold in 2026.
